How to Enter Customer Service Details?
In the Admin Panel page, go to Configuration and click on the CS Details. Fill the Customer Service Email and the Customer Service Phone Number.
Click on the save button
These details will be displayed on your store and will be useful for your customers. Also, this email id will be used to send all the confirmation emails.

If you wish to change the contact information at any point, just enter the new information and click save.
