CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Customer Service feature of Buildabazaar provides assistance to webstore owners in the following ways:

1. View details of purchases, shipments and catalog search made by customers
2. Track customer order deliveries
3. View customer feedback about the products delivered and user account maintenance

Infibeam’s Buildabazaar provides you with the customer service feature on your webstore admin page. Clicking on the Customer Service drop down menu it provides you two options:

1. Contact Us List: This option consists of the email list sent by customers. The emails consist of queries, suggestions and feedback about your webstore.
2. Customer Service (CS) Panel: This option allows you to view all the purchases, shipments, and also catalog search based on the catalog title and catalog ID.
